During a recent meeting, we had the distinct pleasure of connecting with Captain Mizuki Goto, a Boeing 787 CPT/TRI from All Nippon Airways (ANA). This encounter was far more than a wonderful professional interaction; it serves as the catalyst for a much larger movement. Over the coming months, we will be connecting directly with instructor pilots across airlines, cultures, and continents to exchange firsthand experiences, perspectives, and ideas surrounding modern training, leadership, and safety culture.
