Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, in server logs strictly for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use your data
To create and manage your member account and authenticate you.
To display content you have voluntarily made public on the platform.
To reply to enquiries sent through the contact form.
To understand how the site is used and improve it (aggregated analytics only).
To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We rely on the following bases under Article 6 GDPR: consent (when you submit forms or accept analytics), contract (to provide the member services you signed up for), and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, and improvement of the service).
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, App Hosting) - authentication, content storage and application hosting.
Umami - privacy-friendly analytics.

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
