These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elevate the Line — Female Instructor Pilots website and member services ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass security controls, or access data you are not authorised to access.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute content from the Service without permission.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant Elevate the Line a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it through the Service for the purpose of running the community. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.

4. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its branding, design, code and editorial content produced by Elevate the Line — is owned by Elevate the Line — Female Instructor Pilots and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse it without our prior written consent.

5. Membership and content moderation

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the community. We may also remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will always be accurate. Nothing on the Service constitutes professional aviation, legal or other advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate the Line shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or the Terms

We may update or change the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of the controller's residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
